Waitrr provides a mobile ordering platform for the hospitality industry, letting restaurant guests order and pay using their own phone without the need to download an app.

Founded by Tim who is from a family of restaurant owners, the idea for Waitrr came when he saw quick service restaurants install kiosk operations and it became clear that this was not suitable for sit-down restaurants where table service is a key feature. From kiosks to tablet solutions, it was clear that there was a gap in the market for a seamless solution.

That’s where Waitrr comes in. Waitrr has perfected a Bring Your Own Device solution over the past 5 years, gaining clients including big brands like PAUL, Pizza Express, Marriott Hotels and Singapore airport.
